Nierman Brothers Pools & Spas has provided families throughout the tri-state area with incomparable custom pool and outdoor living and entertaining spaces since 2000. Our team of highly skilled and certified designers and craftsmen has over 150 years of combined experience in creating breathtaking water-centered living areas in custom concrete and fiberglass.
We've been recognized for our excellence in artistry and craftsmanship by local authorities, such as the Fort Wayne Home Builders Association, and international authorities, including the Master Pools Guild. The guild has honored us as concrete swimming pool specialists, winning bronze, silver, and gold level awards for three different custom concrete projects in the same year.

In September of 1999 two of Fort Wayne's finest concrete pool construction artisans, Gary and the late Lee Nierman, sat down with their brother Duane to explore how they could combine their unique talents and passion for craftsmanship to form their own custom concrete pool design-build business.
Their ideas, decisions, and commitments to one another were written down on a restaurant napkin and in January of 2000, Nierman Brothers Pools & Spas was born. That napkin that served as their first corporate strategy meeting is still proudly displayed in their corporate office. Jason Nierman, Gary's son and veteran of the Iraq war, had some big shoes to fill, and he has done so not only as a co-owner but as our construction foreman, as well, heading an excellent construction crew. Jason describes them as his "A" Team!
Today the brothers' values and commitment to quality are responsible for their business success and their customers' constant satisfaction. Those values and commitment fuel the team they've built who is responsible for consistently delivering award-winning designs and unmatched customer service.

Meet Our Team
Gary Nierman
President/Co-Owner
Gary's been building concrete pools since 1975 and has seen many changes in the industry. He follows the best practices and has built upon them to help ensure your family has many years of enjoyment.
Gary is also a certified technician for pool equipment and is responsible for all new equipment hookups for new pools.
Duane Nierman
Secretary/Treasurer/Co-Owner
Duane's responsibilities are over business operations. He also leads the pool remodeling and repair so that you can enjoy your pool for many more years.
Duane also works on pool sales and designs, as well as new pool construction.
Jason Nierman
Construction Foreman/Co-Owner/Vice President
Jason joined the Nierman Brothers Pools & Spas team in 2002 to follow in his father, Gary's, footsteps and learn the art of customized concrete pool building. He constantly attends industry training to stay up-to-date with best practices, materials, and features.
Jason is also a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, where he proudly served in the Army National Guard, Infantry Division.
Linda Eloph
Office Administrator
Linda joined Nierman Brothers Pools & Spas in 2003 and is responsible for running the day-to-day office functions, human resource administration, and accounting functions. And she's a great asset to our staff and our customers.
Paula Flores
Office Assistant
Paula joined Nierman Brothers Pools & Spas in 2017 as an office assistant to Linda. She assists customers with water testing, writing work orders, and scheduling service visits. She cheerfully answers the office phone.
Bob Hickle
Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
Bob has been an asset to not only Nierman Brothers Pools & Spas but to all of our customers since 2005. His knowledge of pool maintenance and dedication to customer service has earned him the local title of "The Legend."
Bob earned national recognition in 2013 by being named fifth runner-up in Pleatco Pure's national "Perfect Pool Guy/Gal Search."
Matt Barton
Service Technician
Matt joined Nierman Brothers Pools & Spas in 2022 as a service technician. When you have a problem, he is the man to fix it. He does service repairs as well as openings and closings.
Missy Barton
Cleaning Technician
Missy joined Nierman Brothers Pools & Spas in 2018 as a cleaning technician for our customers who signed up for weekly cleaning and balancing. She cleans their pool and properly maintains water chemistry.

The Master Pools Guild is an elite group of custom concrete pool specialists who are dedicated to creativity, workmanship, technique, and up-to-date technology to design and construct the best pools in the world.
